WELCOME to the MUSAB website.
Thank you for taking the time to view us
MUSAB - Muslim Students Association in Bamenda recognizes we are all life time learners and strives to put our
experience at the disposal of our Service Users.
Our Service Users are from rural village communities, and, here in Bamenda 2.
Our work is predominantly with those infected and affected by the HIV/AIDS pandemic which has a higher
incidence in the North West of Cameroon.
We also work with repatriating trafficked children, and identifying child abuse and child labour offences in
collaboration with the Delegation for Social Affairs.

We have recently (Feb 2011) been awarded full partnership status by Voluntary Services Overseas (a U.K.
based charity which provides experienced volunteers, advice and guidance and small grant funding for
identified projects here in Cameroon).
MUSAB works to the UNICEF definition of 'ORPHAN' and 'VULNERABLE CHILD'
An Orphan: a child who has lost one or both parents to HIV/AIDS under the age of 18 years
A Vulnerable Child: a child whose survival, well-being or development is threatened by HIV/AIDS
